Learn to Relax and Be a 4Rs Weeble

In the new school year, the school welcomes a new friend, the cute "4Rs Weeble." All schools participating in the Education Bureau's "4Rs Mental Health Charter" have received one. In addition to responding to the relevant program, as educators, we also believe in creating a relaxed school atmosphere, cheering for the students each morning. Of course, the meaning behind the Weeble is also worth learning from—it encourages students to develop an indomitable spirit. When facing difficulties or adversity, they should embrace challenges with strong willpower. Even if they fall, they learn to rise again from where they fell, spreading positive energy.

The "4Rs" in the Charter encompass four elements and goals that promote mental health, which are very important for enhancing the mental well-being of all students and staff at the school. The "4Rs" stand for: Rest, Relaxation, Relationship, and Resilience. We hope this program will effectively assist students in establishing healthy living habits, providing more opportunities for relaxation and stress relief, helping them build positive relationships, enhancing their sense of well-being and resilience, and improving the health culture of our school. I also encourage parents to participate in parent education courses and parent-child activities to share methods for nurturing positive children.

"We have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard-pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed; we always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body." 2 Corinthians 4:7-10

Sincerely,
